Amazing

Everything: the hotel, the onsen, the facilities, the staff. The onsen was great (inside and outside, the tubs, the sauna, the facilities). Everything was very clean. I also enjoyed the tasty apple juice. I would have liked to stay more there.

Excellent new hotel.

An as new hotel. Comfortable bed. Lovely onsen with two individual round tubs outside which weren’t too hot. Really nice bath products in the onsen. Excellent breakfast.4 free top loading washing machines without an agitator in the women’s onsen.

A little far from the station. Wifi has weak security.

Great location, perfect for relaxing stay

Clean rooms, newly built and great infra, well equipped with modern facilities. Rooms have good layouts and they also provide a complimentary sweet from Hokkaido!

Could have provided 2 pillows by default even for single rooms.

Friendly, well located and very clean hotel

Firstly I should say the staff were all very kind. The ladies in the dining room were especially so and created a very happy atmosphere. The hot spring baths were very warming on a snowy day, as were the evening ramen bowls. Great breakfast too, with delicious Aomori apple. Very clean and modern hotel.

The rooms are a little small and consequently short of storage space. We didn’t really mind though as the facilities and the staff were great.

I love to stay with this hotel again!

The facility is clean, they provide indoor and outdoor Hot Spring and sauna. It is sufficient restrooms and spacious seating area outside the hot spring area. 3 nos. x massage chairs at the resting area on the hot spring floor. The hotel supply free ice-cream bars, apple juice, coffee and ramen within a specific period. The breakfast is buffet style with many options. Foods are delicious and well presented. The customer service is good. Internet is great.

It’s about 15 mins walking distance from the JR station.

Lovely onsen hotel with excellent service

Excellent onsen and sauna, and lovely that they offer free massage chairs and many free snacks including the late-night ramen, yoghurt drink, ice cream and coffee. The bed was also quite comfortable and they readily gave my family and I an extra set of pillows when we asked. Car parking service was also quick, fuss-free and the polite gentleman who guided us started each of our day on a good note.

It was better than expected and provided us a great unforgettable experience.

Onsen and massage chair were unable to miss! On top of that, there are free half-size ramen and ice-cream at night. Breakfast is the best. My husband really liked to have Nuttö together with half-boiled eggs. I loved sashimi bowl with buffet scallops and maguro. Fried scallop and shrimp together with mustard and the clam miso soup were very amazing. One more thing was the apple juice made by famous apple from Aomori.

I’m a Dormy Inn convert

I have never had brand loyalty to any chain until I stayed in this Dormy Inn. The breakfast was AMAZING and so very worth the extra as there’s so much variety to sample traditional Japanese breakfast. And the free late night ramen is so yummy too.

I wish I could go into the onsen with my tattoo sticker but even without onsen access i thought it was a very good deal

Great breakfast, great perks, nice rooms. Loved the free ice cream, onsen, massage chairs, ramen.

Location is good as 10 mins walking distance to JR station. Staff is good especially car park staff with good attitude especially car park staff to help guest to resolve the problem. Provide good welcome drink to guest n also it can promote the favor fruit juice as Aomori is one of the biggest apple suppliers in Japan.

A superb guest experience at a reasonable price

The staff provided exceptional service in all areas - front desk/reception, parking attendant and restaurant. They were very professional and positive. The breakfast was very good - great range of food options, good quality and plentiful. Our room, while small, was well laid out and very clean. Common areas in the hotel are well-maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the onsen and the complimentary cold treats available in the common area near the onsen. Whoever sets the standard for operating this hotel is doing a great job and providing a very good guest experience. Thank you.

The stay was comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable.

The website indicated there was laundry services. When I went to the floor with laundry, the door to the room was locked and unable to clean anything. I had to find an alternative method for laundry. I think if there are specific hours for laundry, it would help to clarify this.

Everything was perfect at this hotel - staff were super helpful, entire building and facilities were clean and tidy, and so many complimentary services! - Fresh apple juice, Ramen noodle at night, Massage chair experience after Onsen etc... One of the best hotels we ever stayed in Japan! I'd also highly recommend you to add breakfast too! Variation of food you can get is fantastic. The location was great too and only 10mins walkaway from the Aomori station. Highly recommend!!
